Business Analyst / Project Manager

For the right person, this hybrid position offers project manager and business analyst opportunities – however business analysis skills are most important for this role.
Qualifications
- You have a proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders and/or clients.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate is a must.
- You have experience leading technical requirements gathering sessions and documenting system requirements. This includes having a knack for asking the right questions to learn the details of an unfamiliar problem space.
- You have a solid understanding of software development and Agile practices
- Ability to recognize process inefficiencies and offer solutions
- You are detail-oriented and self-directed
- You are comfortable serving as the primary point of contact for clients, business units, technical team, and external partners.
- You have at least 4 years (more is desired) of combined business analyst and project management experience
- Comfortable juggling multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with any of these roles: project manager, scrum master, QA / verification tester, or product owner
- Have one or more PM / SCRUM / BA certifications
- Experience working with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools
- Hands-on software development background
- A unique hobby
